ORGANIZATIONAL TROUBLESHOOTER – KNOWS WHAT WORKS WHEN THERE IS SOMETHING THAT DOESN’T WORK
Thomas has been interested in collaboration and leadership for most of his adult life. This interest led him to become a member of the Danish Armed Forces, where he served in the Danish Air Force, and later as a sergeant in the Danish military police force, based in Denmark and abroad. Collaboration and leadership became his passion, which he has followed through study, becoming a qualified psychologist, specializing in organizational psychology, at Aarhus University. He is also authorized to practice as a psychologist by the Danish Supervisory Board of Psychological Practice.
Over the years Thomas has worked intensively with challenges related to leadership and collaboration and in the management of conflicts at the workplace. He is the man to talk to if you have organizational challenges that are difficult to solve or perhaps are frankly resistant to solutions.
Customers report that Thomas is an attentive and helpful individual and often point out that his straightforward manner enables him to talk with anyone – from the employee on the shop floor to the Head Group in the Group’s headquarters.
What customers say:
“I asked Thomas for help in solving collaboration problems in a small team. Thomas was highly recommended to me by an executive colleague, and he fully met my expectations. Using his very practical approach and focus on “what works”, we were able to put an end to fantasies that were creating conflict and created a trusting environment. Thomas has five principles, and they work! in addition, Thomas is just a nice, decent guy, who wants only the best for people.”
