Separate Survey of Abusive Behaviour

The tailor-made harassment survey provides more flexibility for a complete and in-depth mapping of harassing behaviour in your organisation. Based on Ennova's proven and company-specific questions, the survey identifies hidden and unknown aspects of harassment in your organisation.

You will receive professional advice throughout the entire process, before, during and after, based on your survey results. If you choose this solution, we recommend that you have a certain level of organisational maturity to work with abusive behaviour.

Two Types of Harassment Solutions

You can choose between two different types of harassment solutions, add on or stand-alone survey, depending on your needs and experience level of working with harassment in your organization. Both solutions include benchmarking norms and external perspectives.

The Customized Harassment Survey 

The Customized Harassment Survey offers more flexibility in terms of a full and in-depth mapping of harassment in your organization. Based on Ennova-proven and client-specific questions the survey identifies hidden and unknown harassment aspects in your organization.

You get professional advisory throughout the process and based on your survey results. Choosing this solution, we recommend that you have a certain level of organizational maturity in working with harassment.

The Harassment Add On

The Harassment Add On is an integrated dimension to your Employee Engagement Survey. It is a standard approach with proven questions, and professional advisory throughout the process.

Only employees who have experienced harassment are prompted for further detailed questions such as ‘From whom’, ‘Have you talked to anyone about it’ etc.
You can also choose to add extra dimensions such as ‘Witness to’.
