Do I need prior experience to join?

Nope. You don’t need to be a data expert or senior HR advisor. Both offerings are designed for practicing HR professionals — and we meet you where you are.
Will I get a certification?

Yes, if you complete the certification program, you’ll receive a formal certificate that showcases your strategic HR capabilities.

The community format does not include certification, but it’s a powerful tool for continuous learning and professional growth.
How long does the certification program take?

The certification is delivered in three focused modules. You can complete the training over a few weeks, depending on your schedule and pace.
Can more than one person from my company join?

Absolutely, and if multiple people from the same organization participate, you’ll receive a group discount. Many companies use this as a way to upskill entire HR teams together.
Can the training be delivered internally at our company?

Not at this time. We don’t currently offer internal custom sessions. However, many teams participate together in our public programs and benefit from shared learning and coordination.
Is it online or in-person?

All sessions are delivered online, making the training accessible whether your team is remote, hybrid, or spread across countries.
What does it cost?
