Live online across 4 weeks: 4 × 2-hour modules + self-work, access to tools/templates, and certification upon completion (80% incl. the Lab). After the program, you stay close to Ennova through templates, playbooks, and refreshers, so the capability keeps growing.

Is it live online or self-paced?

Do I need my own data to participate? A: Not necessarily. You can work on your own data, or use a realistic Ennova sample dataset and still build a practical roadmap.
Do I need to be a data expert?

A: No. You just need basic comfort reading results. We’ll teach you how to spot the key drivers, turn them into a simple narrative, and lead follow-up with leaders and teams.
