Stephanie Semay Bäckström

Stephanie is a business psychologist and specializes in information-based development of leadership and organizations. She has over ten years of experience in Denmark and abroad.

It is very important for Stephanie that she takes into consideration the latest research and integrates this into her work, while also helping to create new knowledge through action research. This is also why she is a sought-after keynote speaker. She has an inquisitive approach, and her work is published in highly respected periodicals.

Stephanie’s career has included work as a research assistant at Aalborg University, where the focus was on coaching and effective management groups, and during this time she established the Center for Coaching at Aalborg University. She has also worked at Aarhus University as a visiting lecturer, lecturing in management and leadership, evaluation and creativity on the MSc Economics & Business Administration Master courses, Organizational Change and Leadership and Innovation Management & Business Development.

Stephanie has also worked for various consultancy companies in the role of consultant, manager and co-owner. In 2019, she was named as one of Denmark's top 100 talents in leadership by Berlingske Business.
