PEOPLE FIRST MINDSET
Guri is a strong believer that organizational performance and success is depending on the employee’s feeling of motivation, engagement and meaning at work. With time being a critical factor in most organizations, she always looks for low hanging fruits and smaller interventions that make a true difference for people inside an organization. Guri is good at spotting which factors that can and can’t be changed in the different contexts to make sure that the energy and effort is channelized in the right direction.
Guri has trained more than 200 leaders, HR, and employees in how to work with survey insights and facilitated leadership training for leaders in topic as active listening and feedback. Within her active listening training, Guri focuses on techniques that help the listener go beyond simply hearing the words that another person speaks to truly understand the meaning and intent behind the words.
She has also worked with development of employee journeys with a special focus on how to create a successful onboarding journey.
