Accelerated leadership development

Gain deep insight in own leadership practice and help to handle specific situations. On average the improvement effects for Fast Track participants is approx. 20-25 index points from the first leadership assessment before Fast Track to the second leadership assessment after completing Fast Track. In addition, the qualitative feedback from the participants is very positive.

It is important to emphasize that if you want to achieve specific changes in behavior, you need to set specific goals and define concrete actions. Research shows, that the most optimum setup is, when the leader has access to sparring and dialogue with others and assistance to focus his or her own efforts and focus areas.
