The process typically consists of two interviews. We invite the most interesting candidates to an interview with HR and the hiring manager.
After the first interviews, we choose the ones we want to see at a second interview. In this interview the candidate and the hiring manager talk about job content and expectation to the job and to Ennova.
Our new employees always go though an introduction.
