Workplace assessment (WPA)

Under the terms of the Danish Working Environment Act, businesses must carry out a Workplace Assessment (WPA). It may be beneficial to carry out the WPA as a questionnaire survey, particularly in the case of workplaces with a lot of office employees.

Industrial businesses rarely obtain a satisfactory (physical) WPA via a questionnaire. This situation often requires the conditions specific to the working environment to be assessed by people with professional insight into the working environment conditions for the industry.

WPA process

Ennova’s WPA product can be used by companies whose working environment conditions can be charted in a questionnaire.

Based on the reports and an evaluation of the surveyed conditions, the company should produce an action plan. This action plan should be available to the company’s employees and management. The action plan should be produced if the company is visited by the Danish Working Environment Authority.

It may be beneficial to integrate the WPA with the employee survey. Both the employee survey and the WPA are intended to improve wellbeing,so why not kill two birds with one stone and combine the follow-up work?Ennova recommends that its customers make the WPA part of the employee survey.

Follow-up represents a large proportion of the work involved in analyses. Learn more about how we can support the process
