History


Ever since its formation in 1988, Ennova has been involved in measuring immaterial assets. Over the years, Ennova has remained at the cutting edge of the most recent developments in the area.

 

1988 Ennova was established under the name MarkedsConsult.
Since then Ennova has been engaged in performance measurement and management.


1996 Own premises in Aarhus established. Henrik Daubjerg S ø rensen admitted partner.


1998 Proprietary analysis system based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) is developed and implemented.


2000 Ennova introduces the Danish Employee Index which is later renamed European Employee Index.


2001 Ennova conducts the first global customer survey for a customer. Moves to larger facilities in Aarhus. Introduces Optimal Impact Solution, a significantly improved solution compared to PLS.


2003 Thomas Vestergaard , Claus Schmidt-Laugesen and Trine Kristensen admitted partners.


2004 Ennova conducts the first global employee survey for a customer.


2006 The company changes its name to Ennova. Morten Henriksen is admitted partner in Ennova. Opens an office in Copenhagen. Proprietary analysis system is developed and implemented (key drivers on individual level).


2007 European Employee Index is expanded to cover 20 countries (country reports are distributed in Denmark, Sweden and Norway).


2008 Office established in Sweden. ISO 9001 certified. Anders Hansen is admitted partner.

 

2009
Despite international economic crysis, Ennova retains steady growth.
